YOGA/MEDITATION & LIFESTYLE INTERVENTION
Combining yoga or meditation with lifestyle intervention is crucial because these practices offer holistic benefits for mental and physical well-being. While lifestyle intervention addresses habits like nutrition and exercise, yoga or meditation provide tools for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and inner peace. Together, they synergistically support long-term wellness by addressing both the external factors influencing health and the internal mechanisms for resilience and balance. Alone, lifestyle changes may lack the depth of emotional and spiritual growth fostered by yoga or meditation, while these practices alone may not address broader lifestyle factors that impact overall health.
Additional Notes:
- Your designated yoga and/or meditation class will be a an online group class for 60 minutes each, at pre-determined times. Please ensure to check the timings prior to enrolment.
- The program is for a duration of 4 weeks, each week you will have access to 4 classes, making it a total of 16 classes over the month.
- You are free to communicate with your fellow peer group during and after your classes, giving you a community of like minded individuals to interact with.
- You will receive your unique lifestyle intervention related plan (ie nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management planned in sync with your yoga/meditation instructor ) and the same will be revised once every 15 days (2 weeks).
