SKIN CONDITIONS
eczema, hormonal acne, psoriasis
Skin conditions like eczema and hormonal acne can pose significant challenges and discomfort for those affected. Eczema, characterized by red, itchy patches on the skin, can lead to inflammation, infection, and impaired quality of life if left untreated. Hormonal acne, driven by fluctuations in hormone levels, often presents as breakouts, cysts, or blackheads, causing emotional distress and scarring.
Both conditions require careful management to mitigate their dangers. Lifestyle interventions can serve as effective lines of treatment. For eczema, moisturizing regularly, avoiding harsh chemicals, and identifying triggers like stress or allergens are essential steps. Hormonal acne may benefit from a balanced diet, stress reduction techniques and lymphatic drainage rituals. Early intervention and consistent self-care practices are key to managing these skin conditions effectively and improving overall well-being
