The Health Behaviour Change program for Lifestyle Intervention has a duration of either 3 months or 6 months, depending on the patient’s preference and goals as well the coach’s recommendation. Please note the 6 stages of health behaviour change take a minimum of 6 months.
Yes, all coaches are certified professionals with training and experience in areas such as nutrition, fitness, behaviour change, patient counselling, kinesics, art of inquiry, and other coaching techniques.
The Program is completely online and can be accessed by anyone across the globe. The online health coaching offers the convenience of remote access, greater every day access and the ability to connect hassle free. RISE in not a doctor clinic nor is it a diet clinic. It provides a convenient and personalized approach to improving your health and well-being.
The timeline for managing your health concern and reaching your goal is a personalized journey. Your commitment, the nature of your goal, and your individual health dynamics all contribute to the timeframe. There are no over night miracles. At RISE, we focus on long term enrichment and not short-term bandaid solutions that people often tend to chase without realising how detrimental they are to both the mind and the body. Working closely with your health coach and embracing a sustainable, step-by-step approach will contribute to long-lasting positive changes in your health and well-being.
