Founder of RiseByShivangi explains company vision and principles.

Our Vision

70% of global fatalities manifest from the complex interplay of genetics, physiology, environment, and behaviours and result in a poor quality of life. These are heavily linked to lifestyle choices and hence called Non-Communicable Diseases or more colloquially known as Lifestyle Disorders.

We aim to lead individuals on a path to recovery by tapping into the body’s innate healing abilities, bolstering their resilience to prevent illnesses. Our objective is to share knowledge and promote a meaningful, holistic lifestyle, with the aim of minimizing the occurrence of preventable and premature farewells to loved ones.

RISE is not a diet clinic. Rather, a cohort of health coaches, wellness coaches, public health & dietetics specialists and psychologists working together seamlessly.

During the RISE program, individuals move through six stages of behaviour change, namely- precontemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, maintenance, and termination.

This health behaviour change coaching process is conducted under the guidance of a seasoned and qualified healthcare and coaching professional.

How are we different?

Precontemplation

Uncover resistance and raise awareness of the need for change, unravelling psychological barriers.

Contemplation

Navigate ambivalence by weighing behaviour related intricacies and outlining practical benefits.

Preparation

Strategize for change, setting realistic goals and building effective coping mechanisms.

Action

Implement behavioural modifications with hands-on guidance, addressing emotional challenges.

Maintenance

Sustain new habits with refined strategies and resilience, ensuring long-term success.

Termination

Seamlessly integrate change into your life, celebrating achievements and ensuring enduring transformation that is sustainable.
